To join your company's Kudos account, you must wait for the email invitation from your Administrator. Follow the link in the invitation email to set up your password. Once you set your password, you will be directed to your company's existing Kudos account. You will then see your peers and be able to send them Kudos recognition messages.
If you don't receive an invitation email (check your spam folder as well), please contact your Administrator and ask them to resend you the invite - ensuring they have the correct email address.
If none of this works, and if other people in your organization are also not receiving this invite, the email might be getting stuck in your email server's filters. Contact your email administrator to have them whitelist kudosnow.com and sendgrid.
