Sometimes mail servers will see messages from the Kudos application as spam. If this happens, you server will block or send the messages to the Spam/Junk mail folder.
If mail is being blocked as spam, please ask your mail server administrator to whitelist the following:
Email addresses: *@kudosnow.com
If mail is going to your Spam/Junk folder in your email program, you should follow the instructions for your particular mail client (ie, Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc) on how to whitelist senders.
