Sometimes mail servers will see messages from the Kudos application as spam.🙁
If this happens, your server will block or send the messages to the Spam/Junk mail folder. If mail from Kudos is being blocked, please ask your IT team or mail server administrator to unblock the following:
Email addresses: *@kudos.com
Email address: email@example.com
Mail Server IP Addresses:
If mail is going to your Spam/Junk folder in your email program, you should follow the instructions for your particular mail client (ie, Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc) on how to unblock senders.
