Are you ready to redeem your points for some great e-gift card rewards?! Great! 😃
All gift cards in the catalog are virtual e-gift cards, delivered via email with a redemption code. All sales are final; e-gift cards cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. If you are experiencing issues with receiving your redemption, please review this article.
If your organization has KudosRewards™ enabled, you can redeem your points by logging into your Kudos® account, and navigating to the Rewards screen.
Click the tab titled KudosRewards™ to see the e-Gift Cards you have to choose from. Depending on your organization's reward program, you may see one filter titled KudosRewards™ and the other titled "Your Organization's" Rewards. You will see how many points you have available to redeem. This page also displays all of the gift cards available for redemption, and the card values you can redeem.
Are some of your cards greyed out? That means that you don't have enough points to redeem the minimum dollar value available for that card.
Select an e-gift card, then select the amount you want to redeem. Most e-gift cards have set dollar amounts (e.g., $25, $50, $100, etc.), while others allow you to enter your own amount. You do not have to redeem all your points at once, and the system will calculate the number of points you have remaining after your redemption.
Check your email inbox for a message from Kudos® (firstname.lastname@example.org). This email will contain the code you’ll need to use your gift card, as well as further information about where the code can be redeemed, (i.e., in-store, online and/or any sister stores that accept the gift card) and any expiry information. Please note that forwarding your redemption email to anyone else will allow them to use the reward on your behalf.
