If you do not receive your Kudos Rewards® email confirmation for your e-gift card within 10 minutes, please let us know and we will be happy to resend your redemption email to you! 📬
Custom Rewards, such as company merchandise or local products, are managed by your Kudos Admin team. If you're having an issue with a Custom Reward redemption, please contact your manager or a member of your Admin team.
For Kudos Rewards®, email us at support@kudos.com, use the Support Widget in your Kudos® account to chat with us, or call 1.888.915.8367 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST). Tell us the gift card name, the amount you redeemed, when you redeemed it (as exact as possible) and the email address it should have gone to. If you forget any of the details, you can always view your redemption history by going to Rewards > My Reward History.
For example: "I redeemed a $25 gift card for Amazon.com through Kudos® today at 2:15pm and have not yet received my email confirmation. The email should have gone to name@domain.com."
