If you do not receive your KudosReward™ email confirmation within 10 minutes, please let us know and we will be happy to help figure out a solution. Note: Custom Rewards are managed by your Kudos Admin team. If you're having an issue with a Custom Reward redemption, please contact your manager or a member of your Kudos Admin team.
Email or call 1.888.915.8367 (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm MST). Tell us the gift card name, the amount you redeemed, when you redeemed it (as exact as possible) and the email address it should have gone to.
For example: "I redeemed a $25 gift card for Amazon.com through Kudos today at 2:15pm and have not yet received my email confirmation. The email should have gone to email@example.com."
Note: if you forget any of the details, you can always view your redemption history by going to the reward section > My Reward History.
We'll work with you to figure out what went wrong and get you your redemption code as soon as possible.
