Are you ready to redeem your Kudos® points for some great rewards?! Perfect! This article will guide you through redeeming Custom Rewards, if your organization has this enabled.
Generally, the Custom Rewards catalog is filled with unique, local or company specific rewards. These rewards are managed by the Administrators at your organization. If you have any questions about a pending Custom Reward, or Custom Reward availability, we encourage you to reach out to your Administrators.
You can start by logging into your Kudos® account, and start by clicking the Rewards tab. This will allow you to access your company's Custom Rewards Catalog. Once you’re in the Rewards tab, you may see two options below Redeem Rewards depending on your company's reward program - one titled KudosRewards™, and the other titled "Your Organization's" Rewards. Click the tab titled Your Organization's Rewards to see the Custom Rewards you have to choose from.
A reward will display in full colour when you have enough points to redeem for that reward. When a reward is greyed out, you’ll need to save up your points to earn enough to purchase that reward! Hovering your mouse over the reward picture will display a brief description and its point value.
When you’ve decided on a reward, click on it to see all the reward details. You will see the reward’s full description, how many points it will cost and how many points you’ll have left after redemption. Once you’re sure you want to redeem your points for this reward, click Redeem.
You should now receive confirmation of your redemption with the option to redeem more points. Once you see this screen, your redemption request will be sent to an Administrator at your organization, who will process the reward for you. Once they have processed the reward, you will receive an email with the reward details and instructions on how to receive your reward.
