The Points & Rewards tab allows you to quickly and easily view the amount of points your team has used by sending recognition to each other, as well as how many points have been redeemed for rewards.
To access the Points & Rewards Report go to Admin ⚙️ > Reports > Points & Rewards. You can customize the report to view data for an individual, department or group by typing in the Dashboard for field. You can also change the time period by clicking on the Select a Time Period drop-down menu. When you're ready, click Update Report.
From here you'll see pie graphs for:
- Point Usage: this graph shows how many points have been used sending recognition, as well as the total number of points allocated on the system. This graph is filtered based on the Time Period.
- Redeemed Points: this graph shows the amount of points that have been redeemed in the selected Time Period. Total Redeemable Points (All-Time) will always reflect the all-time redeemable points and will not be impacted by the Time Period filter.
Below the graphs, you can view all of the reward redemptions made during the selected time period.
