Expire Redeemable Points Automatically

The Kudos®️ platform allows you to enable automatic points expiration for any outstanding, unredeemed points. Redeemable points can be set to expire quarterly or annually, based on the calendar year. Points expire at midnight UTC. Users will receive an email notification two weeks prior to the expiration date reminding them to redeem their points.

You can enable this feature by navigating to the Admin ⚙️ >Account Settings > Customize > Giving Recognition. Check the box that says Expire redeemable points automatically, and choose how often you'd like points to expire. Once you have configured points expiry, click Save to ensure your changes are saved.

If you ever need to disable points expiry, you can do so by simply unchecking the Expire redeemable points automatically checkbox and clicking Save.
