In order to log into your Kudos® platform, you must first be invited to your company's account through an email invitation to set up your account. The invitation must be accepted in order to log in and begin sending recognition to your peers. If you haven't received an email invitation to join your organization's Kudos® platform, we encourage you to reach out to your Administrator.
Resetting your Password
If you have an existing account and have forgotten your password you will find the link to reset your password on the bottom right corner of the sign-in area. Proceed with clicking this link and you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
Signing in with oAuth
If your organization has enabled sign-in using oAuth (Google, Microsoft, Yammer, etc.) you will also see the ability to sign by clicking the corresponding icon shown in the login area:
Signing on with SSO
If your organization has Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled you will need to use your internal SSO portal to log into your account. You will need to use your SSO credentials to access your account. Ensure that the email address associated with your SSO account exactly matches the email address set up with your account.

My organization uses SSO. How do I know if I should use SSO or an email & password combination?
If you are already a user and you use your organization's SSO, proceed with logging into your Kudos® platform by selecting the SSO option. You will then use your SSO credentials to access your account.
If you are already a user and you do not use SSO proceed with logging in by email address and password.
Can I log in using my Microsoft, LinkedIn or Google credentials?
Yes, you can as long as this has been set up by your organization.
Why did I receive "Error Code: 13" when I tried to sign into my Kudos® platform?
You will receive "Error Code: 13" when signing into your account, it means your user account has not yet been created or your account is associated with a different email address. For information on creating a user account or updating the email associated with your account, please reach out to your Administrator.
