❗️ If you have redeemed a physical Visa or Mastercard Prepaid card and have not received it in the mail after 15 business days, or if you have redeemed a Visa or Mastercard Prepaid reward and have not received the redemption email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Visa and Mastercard Prepaid rewards are non-refundable once redeemed. Please be sure you select the proper currency for your country.
To use a card with a different currency than that of your country, you may be charged additional conversion fees at the point of purchase. These fees will automatically be deducted from your card balance.
For any given purchase, please note that the total purchase amount must be less than or equal to the balance on your prepaid card at that time. If the purchase, and any applicable fees, is greater than the balance on your prepaid card, the transaction will be declined.
Please note that Visa and Mastercard Prepaid rewards cannot be used for reoccurring payments (such as automatic payments for bills) and cannot be used with services such as PayPal.
Please note that this article shows the process for redeeming a Visa Prepaid card; however, the process is the same for Mastercard Prepaid reward.
On the web, click Reward on the main menu.
On your device, tap More on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and then tap Rewards.
In the Rewards Catalogue, select the Visa you would like to redeem. Enter the dollar amount you would like to redeem and click “Redeem”.
You will see a pop-up that asks if you are sure you want to redeem your points for a Prepaid Visa. Clicking “Redeem Now” will process your points immediately.
Rewards are NON-REFUNDABLE once redeemed.
Once you have clicked “Redeem Now”, the points you redeemed will be removed from your Points Balance. You will now see a confirmation that your redemption was processed.
You will receive an email from Sender: Kudos <email@example.com with the subject “Enjoy your Gift Card from Kudos®”. If you do not receive your redemption email within one hour, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your reward be resent.

Click on the redemption link in the email to activate your card. Once you click on the activate link, you will be redirected to the following page to complete your activation: https://www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com/SelectOption. Here you can select a Virtual Visa card or a physical Visa card.
A virtual or physical card selection is final once the activation has been processed.
A Virtual Visa card can be redeemed at online stores the same way as you would use a regular credit card to pay. Once you select the virtual Visa card option, you will receive the virtual card details with the card number, expiry date and security code. These details will allow you to enter the card information as a payment option when online shopping. The virtual card details will be stored in your Digital Wallet, which is accessible through https://www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com/ using the Username and Password you created when redeeming your Visa reward.
A Virtual Visa is for use online only and cannot be printed for use as a physical card in stores.
If you select a physical Visa card, the card will be mailed to the address you provide. Delivery time in the USA is between 7-10 business days, and 10-15 business days for all other countries. The physical gift card will arrive in a plain white envelope.
A Physical Visa card will have a $3.00 activation fee that will be deducted from your reward amount. In the example below, a $10.00 reward has been redeemed, the $3.00 fee will be removed from the total value of the reward and the requester will receive a $7.00 card in the mail.
To redeem a physical card, click on “Select” on the Physical Visa Card option. Next, enter in your mailing information.
Please ensure you have entered the correct mailing address. There is a $10 fee to correct the address after it has been submitted.
A Visa Prepaid reward can be reissued to the original address three (3) times. If a Visa Prepaid reward has to be reissued more than three (3) times, there will be a $10 fee.
You will now see a confirmation page and will receive the physical card in the mail 7-15 business days after submitting your order.
If you do not receive your Physical card at the address you specified, please email us at email@example.com or chat with us in your Kudos® account, and we will request that your physical card is mailed to you again.
