In order for your team to redeem their points for Kudos Rewards®, you will need to fund your rewards program. To add funds to your Kudos Rewards® balance, navigate to the Admin Gear ⚙️ > Account Settings > Rewards. Click the ellipsis menu, shown below, and then click Add Funds.
You can fund by Prepaid ACH Draw or Credit Card. There is a $5,000 USD funding limit for credit card transactions. If you try to process a payment over this limit, the transaction will automatically fail. If you'd like to fund your Kudos Rewards® account via ACH, please reach out to your CSM or our Support Team for more information.
The first time you use a new Credit Card, it may take between 24-72 hours to process. However, every time that card is used afterward the funds will be available for redemption immediately. If you fund your Kudos Rewards® by credit card, please note that the charge will show on your bank statement from Tango Card, our reward partner.
