The Admin Rewards and Redemptions dashboard provides an overview of your organization through three tabs: Points, Rewards, and Redemptions.
This Admin Dashboard consolidates information from several reports (found in ⚙️ Admin > Reports) to bring common data together so that it is easily accessible for you to review.
The dashboards update overnight, every night providing you with updated recognition behaviours daily. However, updating user information can take up to two nights to allow all systems to sync and re-sync relevant information across the platform.
To review these dashboards, navigate to Admin ⚙️ ️> Admin Dashboards and select “Rewards and Redemptions” from the drop-down menu.

There are three dashboards available on the Points tab: Overview, By Department and By Location.

These dashboards will provide a clear view of how your organization is using points, including utilization of allocated points, system-generated points, and messages sent without points. System Points are generated by the Kudos® platform and do not come from a User’s Points to Give allocation. System Points include Birthday or Anniversary gifts.
Each Points dashboard includes the same widgets. The Points Overview dashboard will display information for your entire organization, while the Department Dashboard and Location Dashboard have a Dashboard Filter that allows you to select individual departments or locations.
Widgets included on these three dashboards are:
Sent Points vs. Unused Points, Current Period & Over Time
These widgets compare Sent Points vs. Unused Points for the time period on the Dashboard Filters.
User Points Sent by Level of Recognition, Current Period & Over Time
These widgets show where users sent points, broken down by Appreciation Recognition, Performance Recognition, Awards and K+ Points. These widgets will display data for the time period on the Dashboard Filters.
System Points Sent, Current Period & System Points Sent Over Time
These widgets will show how many System Points were sent during the time period on the Dashboard Filters.
Messages Sent with No Points
This widget will show how many recognition messages were sent during the time period on the Dashboard Filters, broken down by Appreciation Recognition, Performance Recognition and Awards.
This widget displays as a pie chart on the Points Dashboard:
This widget displays as a bar graph on the By Department and By Location Dashboards:
Number of Recognitions Sent by Date
Hovering over a date with your mouse will display the number of recognition messages sent for that specific date. You can change the month by clicking the arrows beside the month name. This data will show you patterns of recognition within your organization, such as starting the month with lots of activity and trailing off or possibly sending the recognitions only in the last few days of the month. Ideally, users are sending recognitions as the appreciation and performance moments occur.
Please note that this widget is only available on the Points Overview dashboard.
In the Rewards tab, you will have three Dashboards: Overview, Kudos Rewards®, and Custom Rewards.
Rewards Overview Dashboard
This dashboard provides a snapshot of any outstanding Custom Reward redemptions and any Custom Rewards currently out-of-stock. This article will guide you through processing outstanding Custom Reward redemptions, and this article will guide you through adding inventory to out-of-stock rewards.

The Rewards Overview Dashboard also provides comparisons to show redemptions for Kudos Rewards® vs. Custom Rewards, broken down by Points and Number of Redemptions, so that you can easily see where your users are redeeming their points:
Kudos Rewards® Dashboard
This dashboard shows a convenient overview of all of your Kudos Rewards® accounts, including their balance, reminders, points ratio, and currency. This information is also available under Admin ⚙️ > Account Settings > Rewards.
The default account represents your main Kudos Rewards® account. If you have multiple accounts, the account name will be listed based on department, location, or country name. An example of a table with multiple Kudos Rewards® accounts is shown in the image below.
Next, you will see two graphs showing the Top 10 Kudos Rewards® redemptions, one by points, and the other by the number of redemptions.
Custom Rewards Dashboard
The Custom Rewards Dashboard includes the following widgets:
Top 10 Most Popular Custom Rewards shows which Custom Rewards your users redeemed most frequently in the time period selected, broken down by points redeemed.
Out-of-Stock Rewards provides insight into which rewards you need to add inventory to. Please see this article for updating Custom Reward availability.
Pending Redemptions are displayed in a table. This widget will only display outstanding pending redemptions; please see this article for guidance on processing a Custom Reward redemption.
The Full Custom Reward Catalog widget displays all available details for each Custom Reward:
In the Redemptions tab, you will have three dashboards: Overview, Taxable Benefits, and Liabilities.
Redemptions Overview Dashboard
The Redemptions Overview dashboard provides you with an overview of your current employee count, and current point liability, which is the total amount of points your users could redeem at any given time, and the largest point liability held by a single user. You can view your YTD redemptions, average benefits per employee, and the largest redemption by a single user. Please note that these widgets display information in points, and you will need to consider your points to dollar ratio to understand the dollar value.
Taxable Benefits Dashboard
The Taxable Benefits Dashboard displays information that will assist your payroll team. This information is also available on the Redemption Report, under Admin ⚙️ > Redeem.
As tax laws vary across countries and the territories within them, it is important to know that Kudos Rewards® and/or Custom Rewards may be taxable in your jurisdiction. Please review your governing tax laws to understand cash and near-cash taxable benefits in your area.
Redemption details will be shown in a Simplified Table and a Detailed View:
To add a taxable benefits disclaimer for your team, go to Admin ️ ⚙️ > Account Settings > Rewards > Taxable Benefits Disclaimer.
Once saved, the disclaimer will display at the bottom of the Kudos Rewards® and Custom Rewards catalogue.
Liabilities Dashboard
The Liabilities dashboard provides your team insights into your unredeemed points balance so you can correctly forecast and budget for point redemptions. Please note that this dashboard displays all information in points, and you will need to consider your points to dollar ratio to understand the dollar value.
The Current Liability vs. YTD Spent (Points) widget displays all redeemed vs. unredeemed points for the current time period on your dashboard filters. The Liability and Spent (Points) widget shows the redeemed vs. unredeemed points month over month.
The Current Liability table displays any unredeemed points liabilities for each individual user, grouped first by country, then by department, followed by location:
