As a Kudos® Administrator, you will have access to Admin Reports. These reports will allow you to review your organization's activity, messages, qualities, points and redemptions. Click each tab below to learn more about each report!
The first tab in your Reports section is the Dashboard. This report provides a visual overview of your organization’s engagement with tables and graphs. It also contains all the CSV reports for your organization. To view the Dashboard reports navigate to Admin ⚙️ > Reports > Dashboard.
First, filter the information by time period by clicking into the drop-down under "Select a Time Period" and selecting the desired time frame.
Click into the "Dashboard for" section to filter the reports to a specific user, team, department, location or group. By default, the Dashboard report shows for the entire organization, shown as your organization's name. Your options may be different depending on your user level privileges set by your internal Kudos® Administrator.
Next, click Update Report. Once you've updated the report to ensure your filters are applied, click to download the User Summary, Messages Sent, or Messages Received reports. Once the report has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to download the report.
- User Summary: Lists all the users within your defined filter and allows you to view overall points allocation and usage, how many recognition messages were sent and received by each user, if they received Birthday or Anniversary points and how many K+ they sent. Please note that this report will show the sum total of all points allocated, sent and received for the time frame selected; for example, if you have your time period set to "Last 3 Months" all points totals will be cumulative for the full period.
- Messages Sent: This report details all the messages sent based on the filters selected above. It will show the qualities associated with each message, if there were attachments, and if there were points associated with each message. Each message will display on a single row on the downloaded report.
- Messages Received: This report details all the messages received based on the filters selected above. It will show the qualities associated with each message, if there were attachments, and if there were points associated with each message. Each message will display on a single row on the downloaded report.
Gain an understanding of your team as a dynamic unit with the Organization KQ® and the Top Values list. The Top Values list presents the most frequently selected values attached to recognition messages sent by any given team during a specified time period. The pie charts display the percent usage of both blue points allocated to users, as well as green redeemed points earned by users.
The bar graphs display a breakdown of the number of points (Points Distribution) and the number of messages sent by recognition level (Messages Sent).
Similar to the Leaderboard Widget on the Home Feed Wall, you can observe which locations, departments, groups, and users are setting the bar for recognition with Leaderboards. Where applicable, click the eye icons to view the messages or comments under the leader boards for Most K+ and Most Comments. Under the Activity section, you can monitor activity and reward levels as well as the level of communication and recognition within your team along a timeline.
The collaboration between users is displayed with a visual web. Please note that this web will not appear if there are over one hundred users. This web is a great way to see which users are at the core of collaboration, and which users are on the outskirts. It can help you determine your collaboration leaders as well as users who need to be more included in the recognition platform. You can click on a user to highlight his or her connections, or drag them to a different spot for better viewing.
