This article will guide you through setting up, funding, and managing your Kudos Rewards® account. Your organization must have points enabled to use Kudos Rewards®. All gift cards in the Kudos Rewards® catalog are virtual e-gift cards, delivered via email with a redemption code. All sales are final; e-gift cards cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Next, you will need to fund your rewards program so that you have a balance and your users can start redeeming rewards.
In order for your team to redeem their points for Kudos Rewards®, you will need to fund your rewards account. To add funds to your Kudos Rewards® balance, navigate to the Admin Gear ⚙️ > Account Settings > Rewards. Click the ellipsis menu (shown below) and then click Add Funds.
You can fund by Prepaid ACH Draw or Credit Card. There is a $5,000 USD funding limit for credit card transactions. If you try to process a payment over this limit, the transaction will automatically fail. If you'd like to fund your Kudos Rewards® account via ACH, please reach out to your CSM or our Support Team for more information.
The first time you use a new Credit Card, it may take between 24-72 hours to process. However, every time that card is used afterward the funds will be available for redemption immediately. If you fund your Kudos Rewards® by credit card, please note that the charge will show on your bank statement from Tango Card, our reward partner.

To set your Rewards Ratio click the Admin ⚙️ > Account Settings > Rewards. Choose your preferred currency and then indicate how many points should be equivalent to a single currency unit. Note that multi-currency support changes the display, but you will still fund your KudosRewards® using USD, CAD, or GBP.
Setting your points-to-dollar ratio in your chosen currency will also allow you to manage and review your budget with ease. Please note that the equivalent currency balance displayed is based on the currency's daily exchange rate.
If your organization uses Points & Kudos Rewards®, you can configure your Rewards Funds to suit your budget needs. If you'd like to enable multiple rewards based on Department or Location, please reach out to your Account Manager or email@example.com as a Kudos® representative will need to enable this feature for you.
Only Super Admin users have the ability to add a new reward account. Super Admin & Admin users can add funds and access the settings for multiple reward accounts.
Once enabled, a Super Admin Kudos® user will need to navigate to Admin Gear > Account Settings > Rewards. You will see your default reward fund, which will have your Organization Name as the Group name. To add a new reward fund, click Add Account, shown below:
Now you will see the Add an Account page, where you will need to set up your new reward fund:
First, you will need to select which Group you'd like to associate with the reward fund. This can be either department or location:
Once you've selected either department or location, you can use the Group option drop-down menu to pick the exact department or location you'd like to use the reward fund for. You can only select one department or location per reward fund. It is important to ensure you have set up your Departments and Locations prior to creating additional reward funds. Once you've selected the Group options, you can change the account currency:
Next, determine your Rewards Ratio. If you're not sure what number to use, we recommend starting with 10 as a Points Ratio, or that you reach out to your Kudos® CSM for more details on how to set up your points based on your budget. Be sure to set your Low Balance Reminder and add any notifiable users. Once you've clicked Save, the account will be created:
If you created a United States Dollar reward account, it will be active immediately and you can fund the account right away. Canadian Dollar or British Pound reward funds will not be available immediately and will be set to a Pending status. You cannot fund the account until it is marked as Active.
Please note that users in the specified reward group will be able to access the KudosRewards® catalogue as soon as the reward account is Active.
Once the account you created is Active, you can fund the account by clicking the ellipsis button under Actions > Add Funds:
