If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you will have the option to log into Kudos using your organization's SSO or via an email and password combination.
If you currently use SSO to log into company applications, proceed with accessing Kudos by selecting the SSO login option in the login box, or on a portal similar to the one pictured below:
If you belong to an organization that uses SSO, but you do not use SSO and you instead access company applications via an email address, proceed with accessing Kudos through your organization's unique Kudos URL, and then signing in via the email address and password you set up at the time of activation. If you require more information on account activation, check out this article: Activating Your Account.
FAQ
If my organization has enabled SSO and password-based authentication, does the system notify me?
No, this would need to be communicated to you by your System Administrator.
I am already a Kudos user. How will my log in process change if my organization enables SSO and password-based authentication?
If you are already a Kudos user and your organization enables SSO and you use your organization's SSO, proceed with logging into Kudos by selecting the SSO option. You will then use your SSO credentials to access your Kudos account.
If you are already a Kudos user and your organization enables SSO and you do not use SSO proceed with logging in by email address and password.
If my organization has enabled SSO, can I choose to log in with an email address and password?
Yes, you can. The password you would enter will be the password you set up upon activating your Kudos account and will not be the same as your SSO password.
Do I need to accept my user invite email to access Kudos?
It is always recommended that you accept your user invite and set up a password. If your organization has enabled SSO or password-based sign-on, you will see the page prompting you to set up a password when you log onto Kudos for the first time.
Can I log in using my Microsoft, LinkedIn or Google credentials?
Yes, you can as long as this has been set up by your organization.
Why did I receive "Error Code: 13" when I tried to sign into Kudos?
You will receive "Error Code: 13" when signing into Kudos, it means your user account has not yet been created or your Kudos account is associated with a different email address. For information on creating a user account or updating the email associated with your Kudos account, please reach out to your Kudos Administrator.
