This article will guide you through logging in to your Kudos® account, and will help you to troubleshoot common issues when trying to access your account.
In order to log into your Kudos® platform, you must first be invited to your company's account through an email invitation to set up your account. The invitation must be accepted in order to log in and begin sending recognition to your peers. If you haven't received an email invitation to join your organization's Kudos® platform, we encourage you to reach out to your Administrator.

If you are having trouble logging into your account and need to reset your password, follow these steps:
- Go to your organization's unique sign-on URL on your web browser. Your unique URL will be similar to [company name].kudosnow.com; this will be where you usually sign into your Kudos® account.
- Once you are on your sign on page, click Forgot Password:
- Enter the email associated with your Kudos® account and click Send me reset instructions
Please note that you will not receive an email to reset your password if the email you entered is different than the email your Admin's have entered in your Kudos® system. - Check your email inbox for the reset instructions and follow the link in the email to reset your password.
To access your Kudos® account, you will need to go to your unique URL ([company name].kudosnow.com). This will redirect you to your organization's single sign-on page. The sign-on page will be dependent on your organization's SSO provider. Next, you will need to enter the SSO credentials to access your Kudos® account.
A similar process is used for the Kudos® mobile app: once you've opened the app, simply enter your email but do not enter a password; click Sign In instead. You will be redirected to your organization's single sign-on page where you will need to enter your SSO credentials to access your Kudos® account.

Please note that the email associated with your SSO account must exactly match the email your Administrators have set for your Kudos® account.
If your organization has enabled sign-in using oAuth (Google, Microsoft, Yammer, etc.) you will also see the ability to sign by clicking the corresponding icon shown in the login area:
Once you've selected the oAuth provider you'd like to sign in with, you will be prompted to login with your credentials to access your Kudos® account.
Please note that the email associated with your oAuth account must exactly match the email your Administrators have set for your Kudos® account.
Why did I receive "Error Code: 13" when I tried to sign into my Kudos® platform?
You will receive "Error Code: 13" when signing into your account, it means your user account has not yet been created or your account is associated with a different email address. For information on creating a user account or updating the email associated with your account, please reach out to your Administrator.
My organization uses SSO. How do I know if I should use SSO or an email & password combination?
If you are already a user and you use your organization's SSO, proceed with logging into your Kudos® platform by selecting the SSO option. You will then use your SSO credentials to access your account.
If you are already a user and you do not use SSO proceed with logging in by email address and password.
