The Sentiment Dashboard gives designated Kudos® Administrators a clear view of their organization’s overall sentiment, with aggregated data on the number of responses, sentiment distribution, and a sentiment “average” that pinpoints the overall well-being of the organization month-over-month. These indicators can be used to identify changes in your organization before they affect productivity, turnover and engagement.
The Sentiment Survey is a completely anonymous and automated feedback tool that enables you to measure employee happiness through the Kudos® platform. Through built-in dashboards, you can track trends over time, giving you measurable insights into how your employees are feeling about their work. The survey will display once a month when employees log in to Kudos®. They are asked to rate how they are feeling about work by selecting one of five emojis that represent a spectrum of feelings, along with the option to fill in more details in a text field.
You can find your Sentiment Survey Dashboard by going to Admin Gear ⚙️ > Admin Dashboards > Sentiment Survey Dashboard. The Sentiment Survey Dashboard allows you to filter by month; you can change your filters by clicking the drop-down menu in Select Month. By default, the dashboard will display sentiment results for All-Time.
Your Sentiment Survey dashboard will show you the average response from your users in the Sentiment Index widget. You'll see various widgets depicting your sentiment distribution, broken down by month, and the response rate for your sentiment survey. You will also be able to see a breakdown, by date, of survey responses and any comments left.
❗️All sentiment survey responses are completely anonymous. You will not see any identifying data unless the user identifies themselves in their comments.
