Users (U) cannot edit any account settings other than their individual profile settings. Users cannot see the Admin gear and therefore cannot access anything within it. Users cannot edit Widgets, Albums or Spaces. Unless granted permission through Limited Admin Privileges, Users cannot view Admin Dashboards, Recognition by Admin, or Manage Wall. By default, Users cannot send Kudos Awards and must be given permission to send Awards.
Admins (A) have access to everything in the Admin tab except for the 'Subscription', and 'API' tabs or any information therein. This means that they cannot see or edit the account name and credit card information or set up integrations via API. Admins can update user information and point allocations. Admins can access all Admin Dashboards. You can assign as many users as you would like as Admins to suit your organization.
Super Admins (SA) have access to everything on the site. By default, the person who creates the Kudos® platform is the owner of the account and the sole Super Admin, but they can assign other individuals as Super Admins under the 'Users' tab. You can assign as many users as you would like as Super Admins to suit your organization.
Default Super Admin (DSA) will also receive general notifications on your account, including errors and user inquiries. You can only assign one user as the Default Super Admin for your account. To learn how to change the Default Super Admin click here.
