With Kudos's integration with MS Teams, you can send recognition directly within Teams! Simply log into your Office 365 account and access the team where the Kudos app is installed. Check out our tutorial video to learn the three ways you can send recognition through Teams.
Option 1: Sending Recognition via the Kudos Bot
When sending a message in MS Teams, type @kudos to call the bot. Click on the Kudos app to see some suggested actions.
Once you have called the Kudos bot, select the option to ⭐️ Give Recognition to open the Give Form. If you require additional assistance, click on the Help command to display the help page.
Once ⭐️ Give Recognition has been clicked the Give Form will appear. Select the level of recognition (Thank You, Good Job, Impressive, or Exceptional), enter the recipient(s), add a message and qualities and click Submit.
Option 2: Sending Recognition via the Task Bar
You can also send recognition directly from your taskbar, simply click on the K★ icon. If you require additional assistance click on Help and a pop up will display the help page.
The Give Form will appear regardless of sending via the Kudos bot or taskbar.
Option 3: Sending and endorsing (K+) Kudos Messages via the Message Options
To find the message actions, hover over a message to display the options and click on the ellipses icon on the right-hand side of a message. Once you have clicked on this you will see an option appear that says More Actions. Hover over this and you will see several Kudos functions appear off of this menu item.
Sending a Kudos Message
Select the action ⭐Give Recognition. If the message is from another user within your team, that sender will automatically be selected as the recipient of the Kudos Message.
How to K+ in MS Teams
To K+ in MS Teams, first hover over a Kudos message. Then click on the ellipses icon on the right-hand side of the message. Hover over More Actions and select K+ when it appears.
