How do you recognize someone who's gone way above and beyond? Nominations on Kudos® are a great way to acknowledge standout achievements that may otherwise go unnoticed.
The new nomination functionality is the latest addition to the Give Bar! Nominations must be configured by your internal Kudos® Administrators. If your Administrators have enabled a Nomination Form, you can start by signing into your Kudos® account. Select Nominate from the Give Bar. Please note that you will not see Nominate as an option on your Give Bar unless your Administrators have set up an active nomination form.
To submit a nomination, click Nominate on the Give Bar:
Next, use the drop-down box to select the Nomination Form you’d like to complete. Your internal ® Administrator determines available nomination forms. Once you’ve select a nomination form, you can read the description and click Next when you’re ready to proceed:
To complete the nomination form, you will first need to enter the nominee Click into the “Who do you want to nominate?” field and start typing to search for a user. You cannot nominate groups, departments, or locations. As you type, you will see colleagues names pop-up – be sure to select the correct user. Once a nomination has been submitted, it cannot be edited. Next, answer all required questions. You may be prompted to select Qualities, depending on the settings configured by your Administrators. When you’ve completed the form, click Send:
You’ll see a confirmation screen that your nomination has been submitted to your Administrators:
