Account: Clicking Account will give you several options, including Overview, Subscription, Integrations, Rewards, Customize, Language, and API. The Account section is where Administrators can change all aspects of your Kudos®, less user information.
Account Colour: Set your account colour by updating the custom HEX code in the account settings.
Activated: The accumulation of all users who have accepted their invite, in the specified timeframe.
Activation Rate: Activation Rate = Activated Users/Total Users * 100%
Activity Report: See how many of your teammates are active and participating.
Admin: An Admin can edit widgets, Pages, and have access to everything in the Admin tab except for the 'Subscription', 'Client Success Services' and 'API' tabs or any information therein. This means that they cannot see or edit the account name and credit card information, sign up for Success Services, or set up certain integrations.
Allocated Points: Each user’s monthly point allocation.
Awards (KA): Manager To Peer Recognition. Awards are a higher level of recognition that may or may not be accompanied by more points and/or a badge, depending on your organization’s settings and the discretion of the sender. Note: you must have certain privileges, determined by your Administrator, to send Awards.
Archived: Removing a user's access to your Kudos® account. Note: this doesn't delete the user as their data is important for historical reporting, but they will not be able to access your Kudos® platform, be sent recognition, nor found in the system by a User.
Automatic Birthday and Anniversary Gifts: You have the ability to automate points to be delivered on an employee's birthday and anniversary. This amount is customizable as set by the admin.
Badges: You have the opportunity to attach a badge with any Award recognition message. To find out more information on how you can edit these click here.
Banner Colour: Use our custom HEX code picker to change your organization's banner colour.
Bulk Changes: Access all your user data and make changes with a single upload while working in the bulk changes section.
Connection Between Users Graph: Showing the connection and collaboration between team members. Available for teams 100 employees or less. This is sometimes referred to as the Collaboration Web.
Customize: Admins will be able to edit and change the look and feel of the site.
Dashboard: See a dashboard of your organization’s, groups, individuals, departments, locations, or levels.
Default Super Admin (DSA): In addition to the above, the DSA will also receive general notifications on your account, including errors and user inquiries. To learn how to change the Default Super Admin click here.
Default User Profile Picture: Set your organization’s default avatar, when users are invited or do not have a profile picture this will appear in it’s place. Recommended size: 5MB max. Files types accepted: png, jpg, and gif.
Departments: Departments are a way to segment your team, and are a reportable field. You can send recognition to one or multiple departments.
External Recognition Messages: You can send a recognition message to someone outside of your organization by typing in an email address in the “To” field. Note: even if your organization has points, this message will send without.
Gear Icon: If you are an Admin, or have been given specific Admin Privileges, you will be able to see a gear on the top right-hand side of your screen. Clicking this gear will present a dropdown list for all areas of admin functionality.
Groups: Groups are a way to segment your team, and can be public or admin. Admin groups cannot be used to send recognition to, but both are reportable fields.
Integrations: Combine your Kudos® platform with your favourite products to make access to your platform more accessible for you and your teammates. More information on Integrations and Access can be found here.
K+ Points Allocation: By default, the K+ feature is set to zero points, however, if your organization wishes to tie points to this they can do so. Click here for more information on how to set your K+ Points Allocation.
Leaderboards Report: See the top senders and receivers of recognition messages, as well as the message that driving engagement (the posts that have generated the most comments, and received the most K+).
Levels: Levels are a way to segment your team, and are a reportable field. You can send recognition to one or multiple levels.
Locations: Locations are a way to segment your team, and are a reportable field. You can send recognition to one or multiple locations.
Low Balance Limit: If you would like a reminder for when your Kudos Reward® fund balance is low, set the notification limit under gear > account > rewards > low balance limit. Note: this reminder will go to the Default Super Admin on your account.
Manage Wall: A view of the wall from the backend of your system. Here, you can remove messages that are inappropriate or contain confidential information. As an Admin, you can also restore any message back to the wall that have been Reported To Admin in this section.
Manager Monthly Team Activity Report: If users have been provisioned with supervisor email addresses, supervisors will receive an automated monthly report depicting changes in their team's activity.
Manager Weekly Team Activity Report: If users have been provisioned with supervisor email addresses, supervisors will receive an automated weekly report depicting changes in their team's activity.
Messages Received: Provides detail pertaining to received messages including, content, badge type, hashtags, attachments, points sent, and qualities selected.
Messages Report: See what type of messages are being sent i.e. Thank You’s vs. Awards
Monthly Points Allocation: The amount of points each user has to give to their peers each month. Points to give automatically refresh each month.
Messages Sent: Provides detail pertaining to sent messages including, content, badge type, hashtags, attachments, points sent, and qualities selected.
Organizational Reports: All of the reporting features and functions that available to an Administrator.
Overview: This will show your basic account details and the list of the Super Administrators (SA) on your site.
Participating: Users that have sent a recognition message in the specified timeframe.
Participation Rate: Participation Rate = Participating Users/Activated Users * 100%
Points and Rewards Report: View your points usage and redeemable points (i.e. liability), as well as the past redemptions.
Points By Year Report: Check how many points a user has been allocated, redeemed, unredeemed, sent, received, or didn't use on a monthly basis, by year. This report is very useful for tax season.
Points Allocation Override: If you would like to change a user’s point allocation for a short amount of time, you can do so with a point override. Note: these do not revert back to the normal allocation after a month, so you will need to remove the override after the decided-upon timeframe.
Points Received: How many points each user received each month.
Points To Dollar Ratio: This is where we can account for your budget with points as they relate to a monetary value. Note: all point to dollar ratios relate to USD.
Points Usage: How many points have been sent.
Qualities Leaderboard: See who the top senders and receivers are, organized by quality.
Qualities Report: Gain a better understanding of which values are being used, and when. This is particularly important if you are trying to drive a specific behaviour.
Reached: Individuals who have received a message.
Reach Rate: Reached Rate = Reached Users/Total Users *100%
Recognition Messages: The total amount of recognition messages (private and public) that have been sent by your participating users.
Redeemed Points: How many points have been redeemed.
Redeem Points for User: The ability to remove earned points from a user’s point balance, and view all redemptions that have occurred.
Redeemable Points Report: A report of who has how many redeemable points outstanding.
Reports: All of the reports default to showing the entire organization. However, you can pull reports by team, department, location, level, group, or individual. When pulling a report, ensure that you set the timeframe for the information you would like to see i.e all time, last three months, this month, etc.
SCIM API: The SCIM API enables you to provision and manage users and groups. This is only accessible to Super Admins.
Sent Messages: How many messages each user has sent in a given month.
Subscription: The Subscription tab will show which Kudos® platform your company is set upon. If you on a month to month program, this is the section where you add your credit card.
Super Admin (SA): Super Admins have access to everything on the site.
Team Reports: Reports based on the Supervisor reporting structure. Users with access to only their team reports will be able to see the data pertaining to the users that report to them.
Theme: Edit the look and feel of your site utilizing the theme section! All details for changing the theme can be found under ⚙️ > account > customize > theme.
Total Users: All the individuals who have been invited to your Kudos® platform.
Unactivated: A user who has been invited to your Kudos® platform, but has not logged in or activated their account.
Unlimited Sent Points: The ability for a user to send more than 40% of their monthly point allocation to another user. For more information, please click here.
Unredeemed Points: How many points each user has outstanding and has not exchanged for a reward in each month.
Unused Points: Each user’s monthly point allocation less the points they sent in each month, or the points they did not send in each month.
User (U): Cannot edit any account settings other than their individual profile settings. Users cannot see the Admin tab and therefore cannot edit anything within it. Users also cannot edit Widgets or Pages, but they can view the active ones.
User Admin: The User Admin is where you can add/remove users, and change, edit, or add Job Titles, Groups, Departments, Locations, and Levels.
User Invitation Email Template: Found in the customize section of your Kudos® platform, this allows administrators to customize the system-generated email send to employees at the time the invite is sent.
Users Report: See the status of all of your team members, i.e. participating.
User Summary: Provides a summary of the messages sent, received, points as well as a record of birthday and anniversary points.
Titles and Points: Your teammates job titles and the monthly point allocation you would like associated to each job title.
Vanity URL: You can create a vanity URL i.e. yourorganization.kudosnow.com
Welcome Message Email Template: Found in the customize section of your Admin settings, this allows Administrators to customize the system-generated email send to employees at the time when the invite is accepted.
