Removing Redeemable Points from a User
To access the Redeem feature, navigate to the Admin Gear ⚙️ > Redeem. Clicking Redeem Points for a User will allow you to remove points from a user's redeemable points balance, in the event that they have received incorrect or accidental points.
❗️ It is important to note that points removed through Redeem Points for a User do not go through KudosRewards® and you will not be able to choose a reward on behalf of the selected user.
❗️If your organization is using Kudos Rewards®, you will see the options to Customize your Rewards and download a Redemption Report. If your organization uses Kudos Rewards+, please reach out to your CSM or our Support Team for further information.
Clicking Customize your Rewards will take you back to the Rewards catalogue where you can add, edit and manage your Kudos Rewards® Custom Rewards.
Clicking the CSV icon () will download a copy of your Redemption Report.
