1:1 vs 1:M: 1:1 recognition includes messages that have been sent to a single recipient. 1:M recognition includes messages that have been sent to multiple recipients at a time.
Activated User Rate: Number of activated users divided by the number of invited users, calculated at a certain point in time.
Activation Rate: Percentage of users that have activated their Kudos® account from the number of non-archived users that have been invited to the Kudos® platform. This is value is calculated at a single point in time.
Appreciation & Morale Recognition: Activities taken in the Kudos® platform that contribute to a positive company morale. This includes TY messages for appreciation, K+ endorsements and comments left on messages.
Awards Recognition: The total number of KA that has been sent or received.
Comments Sent or Received: Total number of comments that have been left on a recognition messages. A user can comment on a message as many times as they like.
Custom Rewards: Rewards that are managed by the Organization through Kudos Rewards®.
EX: An Exceptional recognition message. Performance Recognition.
GJ: A Good Job recognition message. Performance Recognition.
GM: General Message. GMs are always sent without points.
Groups: A curated list of users. Groups are always managed by Admins.
IM: An Impressive ecognition message. Performance Recognition.
K+'s Given: The number of K+ endorsement that has been given by the individual, team, department, organization on recognition messages.
K+'s Received: Total number of K+'s received on a message. A user can only K+ a message one time.
KA: A Kudos® Award recognition message. May be sent with or without a Badge, and with or without Points.
Kudos Rewards®: E-gift card rewards from the Kudos Rewards® catalogue.
Liabilities: Points that have not been redeemed by the users who have received them. A user can redeem these points at any time. These represent a liability to the Organization as once they are redeemed, they become an expense to the Organization.
Maximum Point Liability: The maximum unredeemed points across all users in the organization. This represents the monetary liability an organization has if all points are redeemed for a monetary reward.
Morale Contribution: Total number of TY, K+, and Comments; how individuals, teams or groups contribute to the organization's morale through gratitude and endorsements.
Organization size: In Kudos®, the Organization Size is based on the number of users invited to the Kudos platform.
Participated Users: Number of users who have sent at least one recognition, K+ or Comment. They do not need to send one of each to be counted as a Participating User.
Participation Rate: The number of users who have taken at least one Participation action (sent recognition, K+ or commented) divided by the total number of active users.
Performance Contribution: Total number of unique GJ, IM, EX sent; how individuals, teams or groups contribute to the organization's performance.
Performance Recognition: GJ, IM, EX & KA recognition messages
Platform Participation Rate: Number of unique users who have particpated on your platform divided by the number of unique activated users.
Platform Reach Rate: Unique users who have received a recognition message or General Message divided by the number of activated users.
Qualities Demonstrated: Represents the Qualities that a user, team, department or organization has received through recognition messages.
Qualities Recognized: The Qualities that have been selected when giving recognition. A Quality can only be selected once per message.
Reach Rate: Reach is the number of individuals who have received at least one recognition or General Message based on total invited users.
Reached Users: The number of individuals who have received at least one recognition message or General Message.
Recognition Participation: Number of unique, activated users that have sent at least one Recognition message divided by the number of total activated users.
Recognition Reach Rate (Received): Number of unique, invited users who have received at least one recognition message or General Message divided by the number of total invited users.
Recognition Reach Rate (Sent): Number of unique, invited users who have sent at least one recognition message or General Message divided by the number of total invited users.
Recognition Received: The total number of recognition messages received, either by the individual, team, department, group or organization.
Recognition Message: TY, GJ, IM, EX, or KA
Recognition Sent: The total number of recognition messages that have been sent, either by the individual, the team/department or organization.
Redemption: An action taken to exchange points for a Kudos Reward® or Custom Reward. May also be noted as "Redeemed".
Taxable Benefit: Depending on the country, state or province, some rewards are taxable. This information allows an organization to apply their local tax laws if applicable to employee rewards.
Total Contributions: Sum of total K+, Comments, Recognition Messages (TY, GJ, IM, EX, KA), and GM sent.
Total Users: Number of unique users who have been invited to use the Kudos® platform that are not archived.
TY: Thank You recognition message
Unique Recognition Message: A single recognition message sent to multiple recipients is counted as one unique recognition message sent. This only applies to sent messages as all received messages are unique.
Unique Users: Individual users that have carried out the action being measured
User Status: Identifies if the user has an activated or archived account
Values Lived: Represents the Qualities a user has been recognized for, aggregated to the values associated with the Qualities.
Values Recognized: The Values have been aggregated based on the Qualities selected when giving recognition. Each Value will be displayed in the graph based on the number of times its subsequent qualities were selected by users when giving recognition
