Kudos® Analytics is a combination of dashboards and reports for all users, managers, and recognition program administrators.
The available dashboards are:
- Administrator Dashboard – Points, Rewards & Redemptions
- Administrator Dashboard – Activity, Messages, Values, Leaderboard and User Summary
- Manager/Leader Dashboard – Overview, Team Details, Relationships, Downline Summary, People Overview and Relationships
- Personal Dashboard – Overview and Relationships
The dashboards update overnight, every night providing you with updated recognition behaviours daily. However, updating user information can take up to two nights to allow all systems to sync and re-sync relevant information across the platform.

- Points By Department & Location – Sent Points vs Used Points
- Points By Department & Location - User Points Sent Over Time
- Point By Department & Location - Number of Recognition Sent with No Points

- Redemptions – Pending Custom Reward Redemptions
- Redemptions – Administrator Redemptions
- Redemptions – User Review (simplified overview and detailed report versions)
- Redemptions – Point Liability vs Redeemed Points
- Redemptions – Liability Summary by department, location and user
Admin Activity Reports (total of 16 reports):
- Activity Report - Breakdown of User Activity by Week (all company)
- Activity Report – Breakdown of User Activity by Department by Week
- Activity Report – Breakdown of User Activity by Location by Week
- Activity Report – Breakdown of User Activity by Group by Week
- Activity Report – Breakdown of User Activity All Company
