The Recognition Dashboard displays the details of your organization’s participation – what levels of recognition are they sending, and recognition trends month over month as well as the values being observed on your organizations recognition. These are excellent metrics to track alongside your other culture-building activities!
It will also share details on how your employees are engaged in the platform with each other through endorsements (K+) or comments. You'll be able to see a breakdown of recognition sent or received by week for each Department, Location, or Group. You can also view a breakdown of all recognition data for all users for the selected period.
The Recognition Dashboard is available to any Kudos® user with Admin or Super Admin permissions. To view the Recognition Dashboard, navigate to Admin ⚙️ ️> Admin Dashboards > Recognition:
The dashboard will update overnight, every night providing you with updated recognition behaviours daily. However, updating user information can take up to two nights to allow all systems to sync and re-sync relevant information across the platform.
