You can configure some elements in the Giving Recognition Section by navigating to Admin ⚙️ >Account Settings > Customize > Giving Recognition.
In this menu, you can enable or disable:
- Private Messages
- GIFs (GIFs are provided through Giphy and are all rated G)
- Restrict Group Messaging
- Please note that if you check this box, your users will only be able to send one-to-one or one-to-many messages; they will not be able to send any messages to groups, departments, or locations. This setting does not apply to Super Admins & Admins; they will always be able to send group messages.
What you cannot change in this menu:
Define how many points a "Thank You", "Good Job", "Impressive" or "Exceptional" are worth.
Disable any of the above levels of recognition.
Change the names or wording of any of the above levels of recognition. For example, you cannot change the recognition level of "Exceptional" to "Wow".
