The Default Super Admin will receive all billing and error notifications by email, and will be the main points of contact should Kudos need to reach out. You may change your Default Super Admin by going to the Admin ⚙️ > Account > Customize.
It will be below the field for Organization Name, and you can select any other Super Admin on the account from the dropdown menu.
