This article will guide you through editing your security settings and updating your Terms of Use. Keeping your company and employee data secure and private is our top priority. We have built a variety of features to help keep your account secure. You can update your user Terms of Use so that they align with your organization's policies.
Here you will see a variety of options for implementing increased security within the Kudos®️ platform. Click the checkboxes of the settings you would like to turn on. When you have the settings configured how you want, click Save.
Beneath these settings is a button to Expire all passwords now. Clicking this button will reset the passwords of all Users, Administrators, and Super Administrators within your account. This means that everyone will be prompted to create a new password to access their account the next time they log in.
If you wish to keep your team's personal profile details private, select the Do not allow users to add their personal profile details box. This will prevent personal information from being entered by users and from being shown on a user's profile.
To customize the Terms of User for your users so that it aligns with your company's policies, navigate to Admin Gear⚙️ > Account Settings > Customize > User Terms of Use. You can add a User Terms Of Use by either typing it into the text box or by copying and pasting it.
When you're done, click Save. Once you've saved your Terms of Use, users will be able to see the Terms of Use by clicking Help > Terms of Use on the menu:
If you want to remove the Terms Of Use, simply go back to the User Terms Of Use tab within Admin Gear ⚙️ > Account > Customization > User Terms of Use and remove all of the text and click Save.
