Step 1: Accept the Invitation & Create Your Password
Click on the link sent via email once your Administrator has invited you to the Kudos® platform. You can only activate your Kudos® account through the email link from your administrator. Click Start Using Kudos®.
This link will direct you to a page to set your password. Your password must have a minimum of 8 characters, 1 upper case, 1 number, and 1 symbol. Click Set My Password.
Step 2: Edit Your Personal Information
Verify your personal details and make any necessary edits. You won’t be able to change your job title, but feel free to contact your Administrator if you have any questions or concerns. Click Get Started.
Step 3: Accessing Your Settings
You will now be directed to your Me Page on the Kudos® platform. To set up your personal profile click Edit on your Profile Image, shown below:
Step 4: Add a Profile Photo & Personal Information to Your Profile
To add or update your profile photo, click Choose File under Update My Picture. Select a photo from your computer to upload to the Kudos® platform. Your profile image should be square with dimensions not smaller than 220px X 220px. Accepted file types are .png, .jpg, and .gif and can be up to 5MB.
In your profile, you may not be able to edit certain details, such as your job title or who you report to. These fields must be changed by your Kudos® Administrator. To find out who your Kudos® Administrator is, we encourage you to reach out to your internal HR Team or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clicking on the Private setting for your Phone Number and your Birthday will allow only you to view the details. The Public setting will allow all users within your organization to view the details. You can change the privacy settings by clicking the toggle:
To add information to your profile, click Add Another + in each section:
If you need to edit any information, click on the text, edit the information, and click Save at the bottom of the page:
To delete information, click the Remove button and confirm that the information has been deleted:
You’re now ready to start sending recognition messages!
