All updates or changes to your user information including Name, Title, Department or Location must be done by your internal Kudos® Administrator. If you are unsure who your Kudos® Administrator is, we encourage you to reach out to your Human Resource department or our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a User, you are able to add additional details, such as your Education and Favourites, to your profile through your settings. This article will guide you through Accessing Your Settings & Editing Your Profile. Please note that there will be some fields on your profile that will not be editable, such as your email, office phone number, title, and location, and these are the fields that must be updated by your Kudos® Admin team.
