Are you ready to redeem your Kudos® points for some awesome rewards?! Great! 😃 Use this article to learn more about how to redeem Rewards+ through your Kudos® account for merchandise, e-gift cards, and travel and entertainment experiences.
You don’t have to redeem all your points at once, and the system will calculate the number of points you have remaining after your redemption. Your points will be removed from your Redeemable Points balance immediately after you purchase from the Kudos Rewards+ store.
Please note that you may see different reward options depending on your organization's settings which are determined by your Kudos® Admin Team.
All sales are final. Kudos Rewards+ purchases cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

If your organization has Kudos Rewards+ enabled, you can redeem your points by logging into your Kudos® account on the web and navigating to the Rewards+ screen.
❗️Please note that your Kudos Rewards+ storefront will always launch in a new browser tab.
To redeem your points through the Kudos® mobile app, tap More, then Rewards+:

Once you click Rewards+ on your desktop or your mobile device, you will be redirected to your organization’s storefront in a new browser tab. You will see suggested rewards, trending rewards in your area and featured reward catalogues.
You can view your current redeemable points balance in the top, right-hand corner and you can use the menu in the top right-hand corner to change your language settings or access your storefront, DreamTracker, cart, or view your order history.
Click the Shop menu in the top left-hand corner to access the various catalogues or use the search bar at the top of your page to quickly look up items you are interested in:
Use the buttons along the top of your screen to change catalogues, and then you can use the menu along the left-hand side of your screen to choose a category:
Browse through the catalogues and once you’ve found an item you’d like to purchase, click Add to Cart:
When you’re ready to purchase your rewards, access your shopping cart by clicking the cart option in the top-right hand menu, and then click Continue:
Enter your contact information and shipping address. When you’ve entered all fields, click Continue:
❗️Be sure to carefully review your purchase and delivery details. All purchases are non-refundable.
When you’re ready to checkout, click Place your order!
Check your email inbox for a message from Kudos® (noreply@kudosreward.com). This email will contain your order information, shipping address, and any other important details. If you ordered an e-gift card, you will receive the gift card details in the email. Please note that forwarding your e-gift card redemption email to anyone else will allow them to use the reward on your behalf.
If you ordered merchandise, you will receive a second email when your order ships. Please note that you will receive a shipping email for each item you ordered.
If you don’t have enough points to redeem and you’d like to purchase something from your Kudos Rewards+ store, you can use another payment method to pay the difference. Follow the steps outlined in the previous section to add the item to your cart and begin the checkout process.
Once you have entered your shipping and contact information, you will be prompted to check out using a secondary payment method, shown below. The difference owed will be shown under the Total Points summary.
Once you’ve entered your payment details, you will be returned to your checkout page to complete your order.

You can use the DreamTracker feature to keep track of items you’d like to purchase but you don’t have enough points to purchase them yet. When you’ve found an item you’d like to add to your DreamTracker, click on Add to DreamTracker:
Once you’ve added an item to your DreamTracker, you can view your wish list by clicking the heart icon in the top right:
You can keep track of your DreamTracker items and your points to purchase progress, and you can add the items directly to your cart from the DreamTracker page. If you don’t have enough points, you can use the Top Up feature at checkout to pay the balance with another payment method.
