Are you ready to redeem your Kudos® points for some awesome rewards?! Great! 😃 You can use the tabs below to learn more about how to redeem Kudos Rewards® e-gift cards, Organization Custom Rewards, or Vouchers.
All gift cards in the Kudos Rewards® catalog are virtual e-gift cards, delivered via email with a redemption code.
All sales are final. E-gift cards cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

If your organization has Kudos Rewards® enabled, you can redeem your points by logging into your Kudos® account and navigating to the Rewards screen.
Click the drop-down menu and select the option titled Kudos Rewards® to see the e-Gift Cards you have to choose from:
Depending on your organization's reward program, you may see one filter titled Kudos Rewards® and the other titled "Your Organization's" Rewards - these are Custom Rewards, which are fully managed by your internal Kudos® Admin team. More information can be found here: How to Redeem Custom Rewards
The Kudos Rewards® page displays all of the gift cards available for redemption, and the card values you can redeem. To redeem a card, click on the card image:
Most e-gift cards have set dollar amounts (e.g., $25, $50, $100, etc.), while others allow you to enter your own amount. If the card allows you to enter your own amount, click into the text box to update the amount and then click Redeem:
If you see pre-set denominations, select the amount you'd like to redeem and then click Redeem:
You do not have to redeem all your points at once, and the system will calculate the number of points you have remaining after your redemption. Your points will be removed from your Redeemable Points balance immediately after clicking Redeem.
Check your email inbox for a message from Kudos® (noreply@tangocard.com). This email will contain the code you’ll need to use your gift card, as well as further information about where the code can be redeemed, (i.e., in-store, online and/or any sister stores that accept the gift card) and any expiry information.

Please note that forwarding your redemption email to anyone else will allow them to use the reward on your behalf.
Organization rewards, or Custom Rewards, are typically unique, local or company-specific rewards.
These rewards are managed by the Administrators at your organization. If you have any questions about a pending Custom Reward, or Custom Reward availability, we encourage you to reach out to your Administrators.
You can start by logging into your Kudos® account, and start by clicking the Rewards tab. This will allow you to access your company's Custom Rewards Catalog. Once you’re in the Rewards tab, you may see two options below Redeem Rewards depending on your company's reward program - one titled KudosRewards™, and the other titled "Your Organization's" Rewards. Click the drop down Reward catalogue, and select "Your Organization's" Rewards:
When you’ve decided on a reward, click on it to see all the reward details. You will see the reward’s full description, how many points it will cost and how many points you’ll have left after redemption. Once you’re sure you want to redeem your points for this reward, click Redeem.
You should now receive confirmation of your redemption with the option to redeem more points. Once you see this screen, your redemption request will be sent to an Administrator at your organization, who will process the reward for you. Once they have processed the reward, you will receive an email with the reward details and instructions on how to receive your reward.
Voucher Rewards are discount codes for your organization's internal store or a preferred store that are set up by your Admin team.
If your organization has Voucher Rewards enabled, you can redeem your points by logging into your Kudos® account and navigating to the Rewards screen. Click the dropdown to access Voucher Rewards to see the discount codes you have to choose from.
You will also see how many points you have available to redeem on this page. You do not have to redeem all your points at once, and the system will calculate the number of points you have remaining after your redemption.
Once you have confirmed your redemption choice, you will receive an email that contains your discount code and any other instructions you may need to complete your redemption!
You can redeem Rewards through the Kudos® mobile app! To redeem your points through the app, tap More, then Rewards:
By default, all rewards are shown. You can filter to only see Custom Organization Rewards by tapping your organization's name at the top:
To redeem a reward, simply tap on the reward tile, tap to enter the value you'd like to redeem and then tap "Redeem":
Please note that some rewards will not allow you to enter a value and instead you will need to tap on the denomination you'd like.
Once you've clicked Redeem your e-gift card will be emailed to you! If you redeemed a Custom Organization Reward, these rewards are managed by the Administrators at your organization. If you have any questions about a pending Custom Reward, or Custom Reward availability, we encourage you to reach out to your Administrators.
If you have redeemed a physical Visa or Mastercard Prepaid card and have not received it in the mail after 15 business days, or if you have redeemed a Visa or Mastercard Prepaid reward and have not received the redemption email, please email support@kudos.com.
Visa and Mastercard Prepaid rewards are non-refundable once redeemed. Please be sure you select the proper currency for your country.
To use a card with a different currency than that of your country, you may be charged additional conversion fees at the point of purchase. These fees will automatically be deducted from your card balance.
For any given purchase, please note that the total purchase amount must be less than or equal to the balance on your prepaid card at that time. If the purchase, and any applicable fees, is greater than the balance on your prepaid card, the transaction will be declined.
Please note that Visa and Mastercard Prepaid rewards cannot be used for reoccurring payments (such as automatic payments for bills) and cannot be used with services such as PayPal.
