Tell us the reward name, the amount of points you redeemed, the redemption date and the email address it should have gone to - we'd be happy to help ensure you receive your reward!
For example: "I redeemed a $25 gift card for Amazon.com through Kudos® today at 2:15pm and have not yet received my email confirmation. The email should have gone to name@domain.com".
